Every one of us spent years inside large consulting firms. We delivered hundreds of enterprise projects. And we kept seeing the same problems. Clients were sold technology they did not need. Projects were staffed with juniors who were learning on the job. Budgets blew out because nobody was willing to commit to a fixed price.

So we built Equerra around the opposite of all that. A small team where every engagement is led by a principal consultant. Fixed price projects because you deserve to know what you are paying before you start. And a genuine focus on Food and Beverage because complex industries need partners who understand the detail.
