Eremenko & Polomani is an Estonia-based boutique consultancy founded in 2021. Our main services: Cloud Consulting, Software Development, Management Consulting. We have international team of consultants and software engineers.
I’m one of the Co-Founders together with Trofim Eremenko. Also, we act as company’s CEOs.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Our international team is working since 2011. In 2021 we create a new company Eremenko & Polomani to unite our efforts in a single entity.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We use both options. Flexibility is one of our main principles.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We have wide technical, functional and commercial expertise. We are creative and flexible.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Most of all we work with the financial sector and the media. More than 70% of our customers return to us with new requests.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Cloud Consulting. We provide digital services supporting cloud migration, cloud-native development and related processes. We help our customers at every stage from strategizing to implementation.
Software Development. We help businesses handle complex tech challenges by using knowledges and efforts of our software engineers.
Creatoring. It means end-to-end business idea generation and delivery with the involvement of a wide range of experts from different industries.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
The main criteriа by which we understand that the customer is satisfied is the customer's feedback. We initially build an open relationship so that the customers can share their concerns and wishes with us.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We do not have a single support system, since we offer each client to choose the option that he is more used to using.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
It depends. With every customer we agree such payment methods that are comfortable for them specifically. Also, it depends on the project processes and methodologies.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We usually strive to work with long term projects with minimum duration of 6 months and minimum monthly budget of 5000 euros.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
We start work as Eremenko & Polomani in 2021. The minimum price is 30 euros per hour. The maximum price is 150 euros per hour.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
I think in the next 10 years we will help companies in digital transformation. Our vision: the most service companies will be replaced by robots, but creative service companies will stay alive. We dream to be one of creative service companies.
