The sheer volume of ideas and recommendations offered by the Evateck team was truly remarkable!

The Evateck team demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process. Initially, we were paired with an Onboarding Manager who assessed our existing customer support approach (which was virtually non-existent, amusingly). This manager then analyzed our analytics and facilitated the establishment of a customized help desk and knowledge base for us.

Following the setup phase, we were introduced to the support team. Two highly skilled agents were dedicated to our project, working eight hours a day, five days a week. They executed their responsibilities impeccably, exceeding our expectations. Stan, the founder, provided weekly progress updates and met with us at least twice monthly. We are currently contemplating expanding our collaboration with Evateck, as their assistance has enabled us to attract more clients.
