Working with EXPANICE was great - Very easy communication and RESULTS

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

What I appreciate most is their consistency and responsiveness. Even when things got complicated and they often did they were always reachable, quick to react, and solution-oriented. That reliability is big reason why we are successfully working together for so long. Can highly recommend working with them.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Time zones for communicating at first but they are always available when we needed them.

Great, they've become our software CTO

We've been working with Expanice now for a couple of years. What started as a specific assignment (creating our backend AWS architecture) resulted just over a year later in a full stack development partnership. Meaning Expanice also being responsible for our firmware development and app. What sets them apart in my opinion, asides doing a good job of course, is that their reaction time is super fast, and they're always reachable. As a scale-up growing over the years this was immensely valuable. It is something different than fixing the problem as soon as possible, which of course is also important. But the fact that the "lines were short" (we say that in Dutch) actually meant that they managed to fulfill the role of (software) CTO in our company. If needed with an emergency they would dive right in, otherwise I knew within a day exactly when and what to expect. Can highly recommend working with them,

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Short response time, quality of work.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I cannot continue unless I fill in something here, so let me try: they do not have an energetic type of voice like "yeah let's do it". But then again, who needs that if the job gets done within the discussed time and budget.
