We followed the Agile approach for Project Management. Our Product development Roadmap was in 4 phases: Web App Development, Integration to 3rd party platforms, Business Intelligence Reporting, App Dev work. Ezapp Solution came up with full Roadmap for the delivery with few sprint cycles and used the Microsoft teams to regularly update us on the Progress of the Project. We were provided access to another app that showcased preview of the work before the actual meeting which we really liked as there were no ugly surprise to make changes in the last minute. We found overall Project Management was performed efficiently and KPIs for progress were reported weekly along with the risk of any requirement not being achievable in advance. We hired EzappSolution to perform the Cloud Migration on large datasets involving efforts to perform AWS Lambda, AWS GLUE, AWS ATHENA and AWS EC2. Team of EzappSolution was experienced to handle all ETLs in required format and deliver the transformation with correct values on AWS RedShift env from Sybase On-prem db. We are quite satisfied with the stellar performance of Database Architects and Data Engineers who made this project successful with all complicated business logics in very short period of time.
