We engaged Facile Technolab to develop Kata, a web-based ERP, QMS, and MES platform for our precision manufacturing business. Our goal was to replace fragmented spreadsheets and disconnected systems with a single platform handling everything from quoting and purchasing through quality control and real-time shop floor tracking. Facile made communication their priority from day one. Daily meetings kept our goals and requirements clearly aligned, and their project management was structured and transparent—work broken into defined tasks with communicated deadlines, so we always knew the project's status. Some manufacturing-specific concepts required initial explanation given the industry's specialized nature, but the team grasped them quickly and retained the details well. Months later when we revisited topics in later phases, they remembered the concepts without needing to re-explain, which made subsequent work much smoother.
