Facile Technolab Pvt Ltd

Working closely with Facile's tech leadership and developers has been smooth. The team shows genuine willingness to master the latest technologies and consistently contributes above and beyond expectations. For our Smart Surgery project, their deep expertise in .NET and AI was invaluable. I'd recommend partnering with them on similar projects. As AI agents become more central to implementation, Domain Driven Design and specification-driven development will be critical. Facile's team is well-trained in DDD, which gives them a competitive advantage in building robust AI-powered systems like ours.

We engaged Facile Technolab to develop Kata, a web-based ERP, QMS, and MES platform for our precision manufacturing business. Our goal was to replace fragmented spreadsheets and disconnected systems with a single platform handling everything from quoting and purchasing through quality control and real-time shop floor tracking. Facile made communication their priority from day one. Daily meetings kept our goals and requirements clearly aligned, and their project management was structured and transparent—work broken into defined tasks with communicated deadlines, so we always knew the project's status. Some manufacturing-specific concepts required initial explanation given the industry's specialized nature, but the team grasped them quickly and retained the details well. Months later when we revisited topics in later phases, they remembered the concepts without needing to re-explain, which made subsequent work much smoother.

Facile Technolab took over a project from another developer and rescued it with hard work and diligence. They delved into known and unknown technologies to provide the desired solutions and get my project back on track. I now have three projects being handled by Facile Technolab, and will continue to use them and recommend them in the future.
