FactoryJet builds AI agents and ecommerce systems for DTC and B2B brands. AI development and AI agent development. We design, build and support custom AI agents that work inside the tools a business already uses: NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Gorgias and Shopify. Our agentic AI work handles whole tasks from start to finish, across several systems. For example, one agent takes a wholesale purchase order from an email and turns it into a Shopify draft order.
Another drafts reorders. Another checks that Shopify matches NetSuite, Odoo or SAP Business One. Support agents answer order-status, returns and subscription tickets using live order data. Anything involving money waits for a person to approve it, and the client owns the code.
For Washington Law Group, a US law firm, we built an agent that detects and reports commercial-vehicle accidents. We also build automated workflows in n8n, Make and Zapier, and add an AI step only where a fixed rule can't do the job.
Ecommerce design, development and scaling. We build DTC stores, B2B and wholesale portals, omnichannel setups and multi-marketplace selling on Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop. Platforms include Shopify, Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce (Magento), BigCommerce, WooCommerce and headless. Products, stock, orders and customer records stay in sync across every channel.

AI search and SEO. We help brands show up in Google and in AI answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. The work covers technical SEO, content based on what buyers actually search for, structured data (code that tells search engines what a page is about), and pages written so AI tools can quote them.
