Initially, we provided Fahrenheit Marketing with a bigger vision of providing integrated services for solar installers and a high-level digital strategy. However, Fahrenheit Marketing still had to prove the concept and define the user journeys and rollout strategy. Moreover, Fahrenheit Marketing did a brilliant job of understanding all the participants and keeping track of every detail of the services.

Describe your project in brief
We wanted to make installers’ lives easier through our digital services. We aimed to launch a new digital platform that would help installers manage all the phases of a solar project, including design, sales, and installation.
Although we were a scalable, international organization, we weren’t very digital-savvy. We had to quickly learn how to go through a digital transition because we were also rebranding the mother company and digital propositions. Additionally, many stakeholders were integrating partner services into our own service, so we had a highly fragmented and complex landscape.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their dedication is impressive. Fahrenheit Marketing is truly part of our team; they don’t feel like an outside agency delivering an assignment. They’re always on top of things, working with the developers, and ensuring it’s easy to implement their work.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
I really have to look for something because we’ve been very happy.
