Fantik Studio

Fantik Studio is a small, distributed design and development studio that builds immersive websites. Brand identity, web and landing page design, 3D, motion design, and front-end and full-stack development all happen inside one team, and most of our clients are English-speaking companies in the US and Europe.

Our signature is the immersive 3D website, where a product, a place or an idea is something you explore instead of something you read about. We run it from concept to launch in-house: scroll story and art direction, 3D modelling and a Blender greybox, then real-time WebGL and GLSL development in Three.js and React Three Fiber, on Next.js or Framer.

Belle Oaks Marketplace is a good example. It is a development of around 800 homes in Cleveland, Ohio, and its architectural model was an 8 GB file with more than 50 million polygons, far too heavy for any browser. We rebuilt the district at around 20,000 polygons with all lighting baked in, then built the leasing web app around it: an interactive 3D map, unit selection and tour booking. The site received an Awwwards Honorable Mention and E-commerce Honors, and the project became an ongoing retainer.

One team covers the whole chain, so the concept a client approves is the one that ships. We treat performance as part of the design: our 3D runs on an ordinary phone, not only on a studio workstation. Other design studios also hire us for their hardest 3D and WebGL work.

Since 2024 we have delivered around 30 projects and earned 5 Awwwards Honorable Mentions, a CSSDA Site of the Day and 2 CSSLight Site of the Day awards. We quote fixed prices per phase, and for unclear briefs we start with a short paid discovery.
