Firm Forward

Firm Forward is a legal marketing and business development consultancy for B2B law firms in the United States, Latin America and Europe. Founded in 2014 and women-owned, we work in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Legal marketing: We prepare rankings and directory submissions, manage year-round rankings programs, and turn lawyers' work into LinkedIn posts, articles, client alerts and guide chapters. We also build law firm websites and review directory and legal-media spending. Editorial rankings and paid visibility are handled separately.

Business development: We help firms set growth priorities, provide fractional marketing and BD leadership, prepare for conferences and market visits, develop pitches, proposals and RFP responses, and coach lawyers for business development conversations.

AI for marketing and BD: We assess where AI can support this work and build governed agents for defined recurring tasks, using approved sources and human review.

Every engagement has senior oversight from founder and CEO Elyssa (Lys) LeFevre Chayo or principal María Fernanda (Fer) Cornejo. We agree the scope, responsibilities, review process and deadlines at the outset. Your firm approves materials before publication or submission.
