The Apollon application is a configurable application in which you can import and export insurance data in a flexible format. On the data in the system business rules can be executed to identify issues and update fields (also based on external data sources). The data can also be manually improved by users via a configurable user interface. The application is fully fuctional and working for multiple customers. We are currently working on improving our customer onboarding process and improving the way that the business rules can be defined by customers. For two months we are doing an active acquisition of new insurance broker companies. After 15 visits to companies, more than 80% of them are very positive and want to be onboard. The customers that we have currently got are very satisfied with the solution and especially with the speed that changes are implemented in the application.

Developing the initial structure of the API using a test server, search result implementation, Stripe Connect payment processing for multiple sellers on one product - a very specific payment processing that required extra attention, a new design for our search form with the implementation of the existing search algorithms. Flyte Solutons are very professional giving a sense of caring for the client. Most of the things were communicated through Skype either in text or multiple calls that were usually recorder so they could review the details afterwards. Timelines were upheld, most of the time there were surprises that we had not accounted for, but in that case, development was sped up and made sure that the process was completed in time.

I provided requirements and feedback during the project as well as reviewing code submitted by the team. The team was responsible for core functionality in the application including security, user management, integrations with Square and address verification. I was engaged in the project and handled the project management from my end. I worked with the developer directly. We used skype for regular communication and all work was checked in to TFS. The communication with Flyte Solutions team has been very good. No issues with language or the time barrier. We discussed what was completed and what to focus on next. Planning is the key with working with a offshore team to mitigate the time difference.

Development of a cross-platform native mobile app in flutter. This mobile application pairs with our SaaS platform and desktop application to provide our users with mobile access to their accounts, critical workflows and additional features only available on mobile devices. Team was always very responsive and proactive to changes in the project requirements. We delivered our application on schedule and on budget. The work product was stunning and we and our users are extremely happy with the end product.

Flyte Solutions started by building the frontend of the software from scratch. One of our requirements was that it be a React-based application, so their team used Next.js. We provided them with some rough wireframes and they went into a design process to improve upon it for usability and a better overall look and feel. In the past, our research team had to undergo a very difficult manual process of pulling and validating data. Thanks to Flyte Solution's involvement, we now have a full-fledged software that only takes 10–15 minutes to complete what was once an hours-long task. It was hugely valuable to our researchers. Back then, we would also need to wait until the end of the season, but now, we can look into the data every week. Flyte Solutions was great across the board.
