Focus provides a service within British Columbia that contributes to the vision of normalizing neurodiversity in the workplace.
At Focus, we hire individuals on the autism spectrum who possess strong latent talents for pattern recognition and logical thinking, excelling in repetitive and detail-oriented tasks where precision and accuracy are paramount. We leverage an internationally-proven business model developed by Passwerk with our lifelong experience with autism and extensive IT experience to deliver IT services to meet our clients’ business needs.
We provide IT consulting services in software testing and data quality. Our software testers are trained and certified to ISTQB standards and are experienced with industry-standard software development and testing practices. Our data quality team specializes in validating and cleansing large volumes of data, ensuring the integrity of your data.
