We joined the project quickly, analyzed the main risk areas, structured the testing process, and within two weeks helped clean up the product before the next major release. As a result, the client received a more stable product, fewer critical defects, happier users, and better revenue potential because the product became more reliable.
The second case is a company that invited us for QA consulting. At first, we were involved only part-time to analyze their testing process and suggest improvements.
After the client saw the quality of our work, they decided to replace their existing QA setup with GenSoft specialists.
