Our team implemented UI and API automation using Java and REST Assured, added performance testing with JMeter and k6, integrated testing into GitLab CI and Jenkins pipelines, and introduced database-level checks. We also prepared a risk map and release readiness approach to help the team make clearer decisions before deployment.

As a result, QA efficiency increased by approximately 50%, the platform became more stable under peak traffic, and the team reduced the number of release rollbacks.

Our team built the automation process from the ground up. We implemented UI and API automation using Java, Gradle, Playwright, and REST Assured, added mobile automation with Appium and WebdriverIO, and introduced database-level checks for PostgreSQL and MariaDB. We also integrated automated tests into Jenkins pipelines, containerized parts of the testing setup with Docker, and configured reporting through Allure and Testomat.io.

In addition to hands-on testing and automation, we supported the internal QA team through mentoring, test process improvements, and documentation.
