Insightful and Impactful

Soha was wonderful in working through my 'resilience at work' (R@W) assessment results and thoroughly going through the 'sustain 7' so I can better understand my profile in a workplace context. Her coaching style was warm, engaging and genuine and it was a wonderful safe space to learn more about myself with zero judgement and 100% support. I would recommend working with Soha for both her wonderful coaching abilities and her unique approach to using data, assessments and reflection to truly understand the impact and make real, lasting change. Emotional Intelligence workshop.

We recently had the privilege of hosting an Emotional Intelligence (EI) workshop for our senior talent, facilitated by an exceptional external consultant Soha Chahine. The session was well curated with clear concepts that were easy to understand. The experience was nothing short of transformative and deeply impactful.

With her strong subject matter knowledge, Soha was able to answer all of the team’s questions thoroughly. Her engaging demeanour kept the session interactive and interesting. Soha was very approachable and open to discussions, which made the overall learning experience very collaborative.
