The Problem: Pepperdine University, with over 10,000 students, needed an effective way for professors to manage their courses, as well as students.

The Solution: We developed an innovative cloud-based solution (Vineyard app) with adequate tools for administrators, professors, and students, offering a wide range of features that make managing courses much more effective and simple. Professors can now plan courses, schedule events, divide students into groups, and track student performance. Students can easily track classes as well as activities, and get rewarded through a token system, helping them stay motivated and organized.

The Problem: McDonald's utilized an old scheduling, restaurant worker training, and business planning system. They needed a new technically modern, user-friendly, flexible, and upgradable system that would eliminate the old system's shortcomings.

The Solution: We developed a program for managing chains of restaurants, McDonald's staff, onboarding, and documentation. The software also redesigned the McDonald's staff training process and allowed for staff work tracking and periodic evaluation, adhering to local labor laws. This helped minimize human error and reduce management's time spent on administration as the program automatically prepares the necessary summaries and statements.

The Problem: Toyota buyers often found inconsistent payment options for the same vehicle across different Toyota properties, putting Toyota at a disadvantage with its competitors. They needed a tool to manage over $2.2 billion dollars spent on incentive offers each calendar year, as well as maintenance and support for the entire system.

The Solution: We helped develop an Offer Admin Tool that delivers consistent payment advertising options to Toyota properties. We’ve also further enhanced the software by incorporating tools such as a payment estimation tool for annual percentage rates and lease offers, while ensuring a flawless and error-free system. In addition, the application provides reports that are shared with the Toyota CEO.
