Frankenstein is an AI studio. We build Ensemble, an AI-native ERP. Think of it as an operating system for your business: it connects systems that were never designed to talk to each other, from your POS and accounting to payroll, online stores and group chats, and gives you a company brain, one record of the whole business. Its AI handles the routine work across all of it: reconciling cash, drafting purchase orders, tracking stock, routing approvals and writing reports.

Most ERPs promise to run everything, then do too little of it well enough for how businesses in Southeast Asia actually work. Every Ensemble build is fitted to your processes and SOPs, so it runs the way your business does, with the systems you already keep. Full builds so far are in food and beverage and in engineering, procurement and construction.

The three founders are in Manila: Ed, who studied computer science at Stanford and designs the architecture; Benj, a machine-learning engineer and adjunct professor at Ateneo; and Luis, from the founding team of Airbnb Experiences. Every engagement starts with a working session that costs nothing.
