FSS (Fevralov Strategy Systems) helps businesses find relevant B2B opportunities and use their own information more effectively. We are based in Riga, Latvia, and operate through SIA FLEXLAB.

Our B2B outreach work starts with your offer and the industries you want to reach. We research suitable companies, prepare the message, organise agreed email outreach and analyse replies. You receive interested responses with context and findings about the market. Your sales team continues the conversations; we do not promise orders or a fixed number of leads.

We also collect and connect business information from spreadsheets, system exports, documents and agreed email archives. This can lead to clear analysis, a repeatable reporting process, or searchable company history that helps recover earlier enquiries, customers and supplier agreements.

For repetitive administration, we build practical AI workflows. A photo of a handwritten work sheet can become a reviewed record, and the accumulated history can be searched or queried in plain language. We agree the data access, review points and handover for each project.

When a campaign needs a clear destination, we create a focused landing page that explains one offer and makes it easy to respond, including when the main website cannot be changed.

FSS ONE is our standalone B2B outreach software with a credit-based usage model. It is in beta testing; sales are not open yet. Managed project work and client-operated software are separate ways of working with FSS.
