What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to deliver exactly what we envisioned (and more) made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Honestly, there wasn’t anything major we disliked. If we had to pick something, it would be that we’d have loved a bit more insight into how to manage or update the site ourselves post-launch, but that’s a minor point, and the team was quick to support when asked.
