Working with Graaho Technologies was a highly positive and structured experience. They began with a thorough assessment of our existing on-premises environment, clearly identifying performance bottlenecks and risks. The migration to AWS was executed in a phased manner, minimizing disruption to our day-to-day hotel operations. Their team demonstrated strong expertise in designing a highly available and secure infrastructure on Amazon EC2, while also automating backups and improving system monitoring. During peak booking periods, we noticed a significant improvement in system stability and response times. BEST WESTERN PLUS Maple Leaf, a leading hospitality brand in Bangladesh, modernized its core hospitality management infrastructure by migrating on-premises SQL Server workloads to Windows Server on Amazon EC2 with the support of Graaho Technologies. The migration delivered high availability; cost optimization, stronger security, and seamless scalability, helping the hotel handle peak bookings with improved performance, reliability, and guest satisfaction, while reducing operational overheads.
