Their established procedures and communication abilities make them an excellent fit for startups. The team is very understanding of our goals. They communicate very actively, have excellent processes, and are aware of our severe time restrictions. These are their two principal advantages.
Their adaptability, approachability, and friendly attitude were impressive, combined with their good speed and great quality.
The fact that Grey Space Computing could fit the design style most pleased me. Hard baseline eight was used for the design; I organized the website using an eight-by-eight pixel grid scheme, which resulted in a lot of strange spacing between the parts depending on the text frame bounding boxes. They succeeded in reaching the necessary breakpoint.

What Users Like The Least

I don't have any recommendations. If I were to respond to this question, I would be really scraping the bottom. Although there's always room for improvement, they've done a fantastic job, so I really can't complain.
We had such a positive experience that we don’t have real complaints. They responded to feedback very quickly.
They have an excellent staff, in my opinion, and they can complete the project on schedule.

The addition of the experts of Grey Space Computing to our team really helped us think outside the box and center our product around the user experience. The final mock-ups show excellent quality and consistency throughout, but they are not the "finished article" because we have continued to refine the team's work (and the fact that it was so simple to do so is a good testament to their ability to integrate seamlessly in a new team).

Describe your project in brief

The creation of mock-ups for our dashboard and mobile app was the focus of our initiatives. The majority of the work was done on Figma. After having preliminary brainstorming sessions and business discussions, user profiling, and selecting aesthetics from other apps that we liked, we began developing increasingly more sophisticated iterations of the app and dashboard—always on Figma.

Grey Space Computing assisted us in rethinking the design and development of our website. They investigated the activities of our rivals in the industry and performed a technical and SEO study of the website. We gained a great deal of understanding of our advantages and disadvantages in relation to other businesses of a similar kind.

Following our identification of those elements, their team collaborated closely with our internal designer to develop a visual identity that complemented our revised positioning. This required reconstructing the wireframes, redesigning the architecture of our website, and ultimately developing every backend technological component. They suggested that we utilize WordPress, which was a good idea because our website was already created with it and we were somewhat tech savvy.

Our current website didn’t have a cohesive look and feel to it. We had approached different designers in the past, but it still appeared as though there were about ten different brands on our website. We really needed the site to reflect the new positioning of our platform, so we sought Solid Digital’s help.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I value that their staff gained a thorough understanding of our organization and brand. They looked closely at what makes us different from other businesses, and it definitely helped that they had previously utilized our platform. Aside from that, every member of their team was incredibly kind and accommodating, always eager to lend a hand. Those were the items that caught my attention the most.

Grey Space Computing performed an excellent job creating the bespoke user interface, even though it had to be built mostly from scratch. Overall, our users' feedback has been positive. I don't think the team is to blame for anything that has gone wrong; these are just the typical lessons you acquire during a launch. There is a peculiar glitch, but it occurs.

Ninety percent of issues are found and resolved before they are released into production at Grey Space Computing, in contrast to the previous agency we worked with, which had almost no QA procedure. The ones that aren't picked up right away are taken care of as soon as possible. Although there is definitely room for improvement, my experience hasn't been any better elsewhere.

We outsourced all of our app development efforts to Grey Space Computing. Although they took over the work previously completed by another agency, they had to begin many areas of the project from the beginning. They started us off at the beginning by having us consider what we wanted to gain out of our time with them. They then laid out a detailed plan of action for how we could proceed, and they never stopped.

Next, the group created a cross-platform React Native solution for iOS and Android. They had to incorporate some unique features within the software, and they did so expertly. They included functionalities that enable users to act as curators, which

They’re so much more involved than others I’ve worked with

One of my friends referred me to Grey Space Computing. We had a few initial calls where they gave us a proposal. The price was low enough for us at our development stage, and was balanced in terms of quality and price. They beat out some of the others who were local to this area. Price was a huge consideration, but also ability to deliver and the quality of their work.
The current UI we have is just a new iteration of what we built with them. It hasn't needed a full overhaul because we built it with great longevity.

Describe your project in brief

Our in-house backend team worked with the Grey Space Computing team to design the front end. They collaborated effectively with our backend team to connect and refine the product. We use the Angular framework, and they used HTML and CSS3. They were establishing a connection to our Python, Django, and Mongo-powered backend.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Excellent communication took place. In a small team, effective communication is essential to meeting project deadlines and maintaining good communication.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Nothing that comes to mind. Maybe our standards weren't strict enough at the time. We were still in the early phases of our business, therefore I don't believe we achieved their maximum potential. No issues or warning signs were visible to us.

I've worn several hats in my over six years as a designer, so when it comes to a website's appearance and usability, I'm picky. The way the website appears and works in comparison to how I built it and indicated the functionality need is how I gauge Grey Space Computing's success. Both the functionality and visual comps from the originals are consistent with their development build.

Other factors that catch my attention are how quickly the pages load, how stable the website is, and the times the team thoughtfully changed functionality without my guidance. They provided excellent dev solutions that I had not even considered, and they were not even included in my comps.
