Describe your project in brief

We built a full-featured food ordering, delivery, and dine-in reservation platform, initially designed for island communities. The solution includes web and mobile applications for customers, restaurants, and delivery drivers, available on both iOS and Android. Key features include real-time order tracking, multiple payment gateways, and integration with PoS systems and hardware devices. The platform was developed using a LAMP stack with Python for the backend and Flutter for mobile apps, ensuring scalability and performance.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

What we appreciated most about Hale HIT Labs was their collaborative and highly professional approach. They were consistently responsive, flexible to our evolving needs, and committed to delivering high-quality results. Their ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into a reliable, scalable solution made the entire development process smooth and productive.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I wish they had 24x7 end to end managed-IT services and production-level support as well. Expecting them to add these services too. 🙂

We have been working for more than 2.5 years. It has been an excellent journey.

We would rate them right at the top in terms of competency and intent. Very very honest and trustworthy. This is most imp aspect of the relationship.
