Harbor Accessibility Co. is an independent accessibility consultancy in Pennsylvania. It does manual Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA audits for software vendors and web teams whose enterprise or government deal is waiting on an accessibility conformance report.

Every engagement is tested by hand, with a keyboard and a screen reader, against all 55 WCAG 2.2 A and AA criteria, and signed by a DHS Trusted Tester, the test method the U.S. federal government uses on its own technology. Each engagement ends in a signed VPAT/ACR in the international edition (WCAG 2.2, Section 508 and EN 301 549 in one document), fix guides with annotated screenshots, follow-up reviews with a re-issued ACR, and a ready-to-publish accessibility statement.
