Founded in 2009 by Managing Director Claire Harrison, HHR was created after Claire – a lover of her work and of her family – decided to leave her corporate career as a HR Director. Having worked in good and not so good workplace cultures, Claire is passionate about the critical link between great people, customer satisfaction and business success. HHR was born out of Claire’s desire to help businesses attract and retain great people to achieve their business goals, and most importantly for people to make meaningful contributions and connections at work.
