We had a bit of a mixed one with HatchTechs UAE. The initial contact was upbeat and they had a competent technical team, but execution was subpar. We have experienced repeated delays and after chasing on a number of occasions still have not made the progress as per the original plan/agreed target timescales. Some of the features were not delivered on time, or as needed. We had to spend longer quality checking and give out more specific instructions, which we just hadn't foreseen in advance.

The process of development was disorganised, missed deadlines many times, a some of the elements either did not work as intended or were just done badly. We had to chase to receive updates and revisions, the testing process highlighted numerous bugs and issues that should have been picked up much sooner." The core system was delivered eventually, but it needed after a great amount of polishing and our input to be of an acceptable quality.

We have enjoyed a lovely time with HatchTechs UAE. I enjoyed their response; they were able to interpret user experience principles and provide a contemporary and organized design. They worked in collaboration and iterated based on feedback to deliver a final design that met our brand and business needs. Despite the successful completion of the project, there could have been improvement in communication response times during the revision process.
