About Apptoyou.pl

Apptoyou.pl Academy is an e-learning platform that allows non-technical people to enter the IT world and learn how to build applications using Bubble.io no-code tool. It is the only no-code course in Poland that is accredited by Bubble Bootcamps.

Challenge

To build a fully custom e-learning platform from scratch, that enables the presentation and purchase of courses, learning no-code development through on-demand video courses, tracking learning progress, and managing content and products from the admin panel.

Solution

The platform consists of three parts: 

• product pages with a description of the offer (Specialist, Expert and Bundle courses) and an e-commerce module for purchasing courses
• a dashboard for participants with access to course recordings, the ability to track learning progress and edit personal data
• an administrator panel where admin can manage courses, users and edit descriptions of key elements on the site

The platform is integrated with 3rd party solutions:

• Przelewy24 and Stripe - to handle payments
• Sendgrid and ActiveCampaign - for running email marketing campaigns and automating communication with users
• Fakturownia.pl - for invoice automation 
• Calendly - for arranging paid consultations with experts
• Facebook Conversion API, Google Analytics, HotJar - for optimizing advertising campaigns and analyzing user behavior on the website
• Vimeo - for playing course recordings in the dashboard for participants
• Facebook Chat Plugin - to facilitate contact between users and customer support

The platform has been optimized for SEO to make Apptoyou.pl courses a top of mind solution for the growing number of people interested in learning no-code development. Apptoyou was built 100% on the Bubble.io platform.

About Kredyty360.pl

Kredyty360.pl is a financial portal that offers a free mortgage loan comparison and provides support in the process of applying for a loan.

Challenge

The client wanted to build a website that would help users obtain financing for the purchase of real estate or land, and get a direct contact with companies specializing in real estate or finance consultancy.

Solution

The key feature of the portal is a loan calculator which, based on personalized data, allows users to compare offers from 17 banks in detail and make contact with a financial advisor.

The webapp is also equipped with a blog module and an administrator panel that allows the owners to configure loan parameters for each bank and easily manage content. In order to ease user's contact with customer service, the platform has been integrated with the Facebook Messenger live chat.

The entire project was completed within 2 months.

About PSML

PSML (Polish Supply Management Leaders) is a non-profit organization on the mission to build a center of competence in the area of ​​the supply chain in Poland on a European scale.

Challenge

PSML launched the "Dialog IT" initiative, whose goal is to increase the efficiency of IT purchasing processes through access to specialized training courses. Havenocode, as the technological partner of the program, was responsible for creating the psmldialog.pl platform. The platform brings together people involved in IT tenders - buyers, partners business, vendors and the legal environment.

Results

The psmldialog.pl platform consists of the standard page and training module. Its main functionality is to automate the entire training service process - from adding new training, to registration and receiving the certificate by the participant. Each user has access to his own panel with a training calendar, the number and type of training sessions, as well as the required steps that will allow him to obtain a certificate.

The platform is equipped with an extensive CMS module, allowing for advanced editing of the website content. Thanks to the integration with SendGrid, it was possible to implement the email marketing features.

We delivered the platform in 2 months.

About TaxRobot

Parachor Consulting provides unparalleled R&D tax credit services. The company has also developed Taxrobot.ai, AI-Powered R&D Tax Software that offers a quick, easy, and most affordable way to automate credit calculation and receive money back.

Challenge

Owners of Parachor Consulting wanted to build an application for employers that would accelerate the process of obtaining tax credit for their employees. It was also necessary to integrate the application with the electronic signature system and the mailing tool.

Results

The application was built in two months based on the no-code Bubble.io platform. 

We started the project by analyzing and defining user flows for each type of user: administrator, employer and employee and then implemented different funcionalities for them, ie. tax credit form, payrolls, users management.

The platform has been integrated with the Eversign system that allows adding an electronic signature to PDF and with the Sendgrid mailing platform. Based on the information given in the form, Parachor Consulting determines whether a given person qualifies for a tax credit.

60ziaren.pl is a family-run coffee roastery shop, specializing in premium coffees and specialties from around the world. 

Challenge
Switching from WooCommerce to a tailor-made eCommerce platform, improving website performance, as well as reflecting the brand strategy through the UX / UI design.

Challenge

Client observed the growing potential of the Magazynuj.to and approached us with the idea of ​​expanding it with a modern recruitment portal dedicated to employers and employees from the TSL industry.

Results

In 8 weeks, we delivered the platform from scratch that allows quickly appling for published job offers and provides an intuitive administration panel for employers.

Key features:

• Intuitive and convenient dashboard for employers, enabling easy access to applications and publishing new offers.
• Simplified application process, employee account creation feature and automation of responding to job offers.

SzuKIO.pl is a case law search engine of public procurement, enabling users to get an easy access to verdicts issued by the National Appeal Chamber, courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Challenge

Despite many functionalities, the platform was only available as a web app, as well as it didn’t send notifications about database updates.

In response to users' needs, the client challenged us with building an intuitive mobile application that would provide easy access from smartphones to the database resources.

Within only 5 weeks we’ve built the MVP of the application and finally developed it into a fully functional mobile application available for iOS and Android.
