Great team, quick response, and they actually see things through.

Describe your project in brief

We hired Helpwise IT to take over the full management of our company's IT infrastructure — covering helpdesk support for our employees, network administration, and server maintenance. We were looking for an external partner who could act as our internal IT department, so our team could focus on the core business instead of dealing with technical issues.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The proactive approach, without a doubt. They don't wait for things to break - they monitor everything in the background and reach out before we even realize there's an issue. That kind of ownership is hard to find in any service partner, let alone an IT provider.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Honestly, it's hard to think of much. If I had to pick something - the onboarding process at the very beginning could have been a bit smoother, there was a lot of information to hand over at once. But that's really minor and it's a one-time thing. Once we got past that, everything just worked.
