Hireadev is a Brisbane web and software development business run by Ryan Brooker, a software engineer who writes every line of code himself. We build hand-coded websites for service businesses and custom software for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, MS Access databases or ageing systems.

Websites: fast, hand-coded sites built to be found on Google and turn visits into calls. A one-page Launch site starts at $799 AUD and a five-page Growth site from $2,500, with $30 a month hosting and no lock-in contract. Most sites go live in one to three weeks.

Custom software and system replacement: MS Access database replacements, spreadsheet systems turned into proper web apps, rebuilds of old .NET, VB6 and classic ASP applications, client portals, internal tools and mobile apps for field staff. We also connect the software you already use, including Xero, MYOB, ServiceM8, simPRO, Cliniko, Stripe and payment platforms such as Monoova.

Tech stack: Next.js and React for the web, .NET and C# with SQL Server or PostgreSQL for business systems, React Native for mobile, hosted on AWS and modern cloud platforms.

How we work: every project starts with a free 30-minute chat. Websites have fixed prices, and software projects get a paid discovery followed by a fixed quote before any build starts. You deal with the person building your project, get a reply within one business day, and own the code, hosting account and documentation. Nothing is sent offshore.

We work with accountants and bookkeepers, tradies and home services, medical and allied health practices, and fintech companies, meeting in person across South East Queensland and working remotely Australia-wide.
