What Users Like The Most

  • What truly set Hiteshi apart was their deep, almost intuitive, understanding of the real estate sector, coupled with their technical prowess in AI and custom software. It wasn't just about writing code; it was about understanding the intricacies of logistics properties, the unique challenges of managing retail centers, and the strategic considerations behind real estate investments, including our interest in NEPI Rockcastle. They didn't need extensive hand-holding on the business side; they quic
  • What truly impressed us was their deep dive into the 'African context'. They didn't assume global property AI models would work here. They spent weeks with our brokers in Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa, understanding the local quirks of rent negotiations, common lease structures, and what really drives value in each market
  • What stood out the most was how much they cared about building a solution that really worked for us. They didn’t just offer off-the-shelf ideas. They made the effort to understand construction work and how it’s different from regular office jobs. Their ability to combine software and AI in a way that felt natural and simple for our field team was very impressive.

What Users Like The Least

  • One area that could be further enhanced, particularly as the solutions scale and more of our staff adopt the systems, might be the in-depth, post-deployment training materials.
  • Honestly, it was a very positive experience.
  • There isn’t much to complain about, honestly. If we had to say one thing, maybe they could have had more video tutorials for some features early on, instead of just written guides. But once we asked, they made a few short videos for us which helped a lot.

We’re no longer buried in manual updates

We’re no longer buried in manual updates or rushing to make last-minute decisions. The software gave us control, visibility, and peace of mind. The AI tools still blow our minds sometimes — it’s like having a quiet assistant that watches everything and taps you on the shoulder before something goes wrong.

What was the project name that you have worked with Hiteshi?

A mobile app (Android and iOS) for on-site staff

What service was provided as part of the project?

Mobile App Development

Describe your project in brief

The scope of work included developing a web dashboard and a mobile app for field workers. The system allowed our staff to log daily progress, material usage, photos from the site, weather conditions, and even machine operating hours. The AI features were particularly useful — they created a model that looked at patterns from our past projects to alert us early about risks like running behind schedule or using up too much of our budget.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

What stood out most was how they made tech feel easy for us. We aren’t a tech company, and most of our team hadn’t used such systems before. But Hiteshi never made us feel behind or unimportant. They explained everything in a simple way and really cared that the system would actually help us — not just that it looked good on paper.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

If I had to mention one area where they could improve, it would be the early-stage documentation. Some of the initial flowcharts and requirements docs were a bit hard to follow, especially for people on our side who aren’t used to reading that kind of stuff. But once we shared that concern, they quickly adapted and started using more visual explanations, which helped a lot.

The SmilePath system has genuinely transformed how we operate and connect

Hiteshi wasn't just a vendor; they became a trusted partner in our mission. They took our vision for a seamless, patient-centered, tech-powered dental experience and made it a reality that works every single day. The SmilePath system has genuinely transformed how we operate and connect with our patients, directly supporting our goal of creating healthier, happier smiles. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again or recommend them highly to any healthcare provider looking for truly custom, empathetic, and effective tech solutions.

Our booking system was a mess. Patients couldn't easily see real-time openings online, leading to constant phone tag and a high number of missed appointments ("no-shows"). Our front desk was drowning, and valuable chair time sat empty.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They sent analysts who sat in our waiting room, shadowed our front desk staff, and even observed (with permission) patient consults.

the experience was overwhelmingly positive.

Their work has set a new standard for how technology can drive equity in CRE.

Hiteshi’s agile approach stood out. They used biweekly sprints with transparent Jira boards, and their team attended REEC’s events to grasp our culture. When our team requested last-minute changes to the mentorship algorithm (prioritizing employer diversity metrics over title seniority), Hiteshi reworked the model within 10 days without delaying launch.

A dynamic CRM integrated with machine learning to track career trajectories, skills, and interests. For example, the system analyzed members’ LinkedIn profiles, past event attendance, and self-reported goals to recommend mentorship pairings, workshops, and job openings.

Hiteshi’s cultural fluency was unparalleled. For example, their developers hosted focus groups with REEC members to understand nuanced challenges like microaggressions in CRE.

Working with Hiteshi has been a transformative experience

They brought not only technical excellence but also a strong sense of partnership and a willingness to understand and solve real problems in our field. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hiteshi to any organization—construction or otherwise—looking to harness the power of AI for real operational gains.

What was the project name that you have worked with Hiteshi?

AI Development for Civil Construction LLC

What service was provided as part of the project?

Software Development

Describe your project in brief

We approached Hiteshi with a clear objective: to help us leverage AI to optimize project scheduling, automate safety risk detection, and improve resource utilization across our worksites. Specifically, we wanted an intelligent solution that could process our historical and real-time data to generate predictive insights, reduce human error in planning, and ultimately, make our operations more efficient and proactive.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

What stood out the most about Hiteshi was their ability to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI development and the very practical, boots-on-the-ground realities of the construction industry. They didn’t just build a solution in isolation—they embedded themselves in our world, often joining site walkthroughs, interviewing field engineers, and even reviewing municipal construction standards to ensure the AI engine accounted for all the real-world nuances.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

If I had to suggest an area where Hiteshi could improve, it would be in documentation and user onboarding.

A self-service portal with AI chatbots that resolved 85% of routine inquiries (e.g., customs documentation status) and automated freight audit processes, cutting invoice discrepancies.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Hiteshi’s domain expertise stood out. Their developers spent weeks shadowing our warehouse staff and freight brokers, which informed intuitive features like the LMP’s “crisis mode” dashboard for supply chain emergencies. Additionally, their AI team prototyped a carbon footprint tracker for shipments—an unsolicited feature that aligned with our sustainability goals.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

While post-launch support was robust, we would have benefited from more hands-on training workshops for our non-technical teams. A few veteran employees initially struggled with the LMP’s interface, suggesting tailored onboarding for different user personas.

Working with Hiteshi transformed FLS Group’s operational agility and environmental accountability. Their solutions didn’t just meet specifications—they anticipated industry trends, such as the EU’s tightening carbon regulations, ensuring our platform is future-proof. The partnership has positioned us as a tech-driven leader in logistics, with clients praising our ability to balance innovation with reliability.

Develop a unified digital logistics platform to consolidate fragmented systems (e.g., real-time tracking, inventory management, and customer portals) into a single interface for seamless scalability.
Additionally, we sought to embed sustainability analytics into daily operations to meet our carbon reduction commitments without compromising service quality.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Hiteshi’s ability to blend technical expertise with industry-specific intuition stood out. For instance, during a workshop, their lead developer proposed embedding predictive maintenance alerts into the logistics platform after noticing our fleet managers manually tracking vehicle service schedules. Our marketing and user education efforts for the app are still in their early stages

To connect drivers and cargo, we engaged Hiteshi to create and deploy a mobile application. From the beginning of the design and analysis process to the end of implementation, Hiteshi was fully involved. The IPP DRIVERS and IPP CARGO apps were released as a result.

After I made my selections, the system's additional features were added one at a time, with my approval and testing required for each stage before going on to the next.

As a result, everything I asked for was included. Additionally, the previously agreed-upon payment schedule was followed.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their expertise in app creation greatly amazed me. They were all aware of my desires beforehand. Anything can be implemented by the team. All of the necessary functionality was achieved despite the fact that we were not physically connected or able to communicate.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

All I can say is that I am naturally self-sufficient and extremely frugal. Nobody, in my opinion, could have accomplished as much development as we have at the speed and expense that we have. My experience with Hiteshi’s AI services was great they delivered tailored solutions efficiently and

Working with Hiteshi has been a mixed but largely positive experience. Their AI solutions are undeniably cutting-edge, and it’s clear the team is passionate and knowledgeable about leveraging advanced technology to tackle complex challenges. I was genuinely impressed with how they tailored their approach to our needs, often coming up with creative solutions that pushed the boundaries of what we expected.

That said, there were moments when the journey felt a bit bumpy. Communication could have been more consistent—sometimes it took a while to get updates or clarity on project timelines, which left us feeling a bit in the dark. While the technical expertise was top-notch, a more proactive approach to keeping clients informed would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Describe your project in brief

I recently worked with Hiteshi for AI services, and I have to say, it was a pretty solid experience. The team was friendly, responsive, and really took the time to understand my needs. They tailored their AI solutions to what I was looking for, and the results were definitely impressive. Everything worked smoothly, and I was able to see improvements right away.If I’m being honest, there were a couple of small things that could’ve been better. Sometimes, it took a bit longer to get a response, especially outside of business hours, and I think a quicker turnaround time would make things even more seamless. Also, I would’ve loved a bit more in-depth documentation for future reference—it would have been nice to have all the details on hand if I needed them later.

Final Thoughts: Overall, I’m really happy with the work Hiteshi did, and I would definitely recommend them for AI services. They’ve got a great team, and I’d absolutely work with them again in the future!

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Hiteshi’s technical expertise and innovative approach really stood out. Their team is clearly passionate about AI, coming up with creative, tailored solutions that push the boundaries of what we expected.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Working with Hiteshi was transformative

Working with Hiteshi was transformative. Their ability to translate complex logistics challenges into user-friendly tools—like the AI load-matching system that our drivers now jokingly call “the matchmaker”—demonstrates their technical and creative prowess. The partnership has not only modernized our operations but also reinforced our reputation as a forward-thinking leader in transportation. We’re already collaborating with them on Phase 2: predictive maintenance integration for our fleet.

What was the project name that you have worked with Hiteshi?

Legacy dispatch and freight tracking systems

What service was provided as part of the project?

Software Development

Describe your project in brief

Hiteshi delivered a comprehensive software suite tailored to our needs:
- Integrated Logistics Management System (LMS): A centralized platform connecting dispatch, freight tracking, and brokerage operations. Key features included AI-driven load-matching algorithms, automated carrier-shipper notifications, and dynamic route optimization for LTL and full truckload services.
- Global Freight Forwarding Portal: A module for managing cross-border shipments with automated customs documentation, real-time container tracking, and compliance checks for Mexico, Canada, and overseas routes.
- Customer Self-Service Hub: A client-facing portal allowing real-time shipment status updates, digital proof-of-delivery (e-POD), and invoice management.
- Data Analytics Dashboard: Customizable reports for fuel efficiency, on-time delivery rates, and warehouse throughput, with drill-down capabilities by region or service type.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Hiteshi’s deep industry insight was unparalleled. For example, they proposed integrating third-party rail freight APIs we hadn’t considered, which simplified intermodal bookings. Their team also anticipated regulatory changes, like upcoming EPA emission standards, and future-proofed the LMS to track carbon footprint metrics. Additionally, their “train-the-trainer” program empowered our IT staff to manage minor updates independently, fostering long-term self-reliance.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

While the project was largely successful, initial onboarding felt rushed. For instance, the data migration phase required more hands-on guidance for our team to map legacy fields to the new system. A few stakeholders also felt the analytics dashboard’s advanced features had a learning curve that could have been eased with more interactive tutorials upfront. However, Hiteshi quickly addressed these gaps post-launch through dedicated training sessions.
