The scope of work included: Integrating ChatGPT functionality to serve as a conversational chatbot Training ChatGPT on our dataset Developing a user-friendly search interface They consistently communicated project updates, met deadlines, and collaborated closely with our team which increased user engagement and time spent on the platform due to the chatbot's personalized assistance and tailored recommendations.

The development process for our ecommerce platform with Hookux follows a structured path. It began with project initiation, Where objectives and requirements were defined. The planning and phase included creating project plans, timelines, and design mockups. Development encompasses coding core features, integrating stripe for payments, and ongoing testing. Iterative development ensured feedback was addressed promptly

After meeting with 4 other companies trying to build our website, the meeting we had with Hookux was by far the best when we made it to them. I wish we would have found them sooner. The professionalism and courtesy of everyone I've interacted with on their team has set the standard for what I expect when dealing with others. The Project Managers and Account Director I have been assigned are diligent in ensuring that the vision is fulfilled and that workflow is proceeding. I have been kept up to date on my project, weekly meetings to adjust as necessary, and in misunderstandings the team are quick to address them so we continue to work in the same direction. They were able to track the data, set up a user interface that was very intuitive, and curated the experience expandable. We weren't just handed the keys without any education, and have been walked through how to do everything. We elected to go through a continued maintenance plan. Will use them on upcoming projects.

The Hookux team did an awesome job of understanding the functionality of our old site and the requirements we had for the new site. They were extremely knowledgeable about the options available in terms of technology, and made recommendations specific to our needs. We especially wanted the transition to cause as little disruption to existing customers as possible, and Hookux worked hard to achieve that. They came up with a new architecture for the site, did the bulk of the work of documenting all the functionality (epic mapping), and made a variety of substantive suggestions for how to improve our customer and admin experience right off the bat. We didn't always choose to go with their suggestions, but the discussion always led us to a solution better than we would have come up with alone! After the primary project, we signed a retainer for maintenance, and also did several additional large projects to add significant new features.

Hookux support was exceptional from start to finish. They were involved in every step of the process, including selecting the best hosting platform, integrating Google Analytics, and adding new features to enhance our website. The team executed the project according to the agreed-upon timeline, and their responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. Our project manager, was particularly amazing, ensuring that every request was handled efficiently.
