What was the idea behind starting this organization?
Our vision is to provide IT solutions to the person who really needs this and wants to digitalize his business. So, the idea behind our organization clearly came from our “Motto” & “Vision.”
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We welcome and provide both the in-house team or third party vendors. We provide services according to their needs and capacity. We discuss with customers and make a plan for their business needs.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
The art of creating added value starts with the ability to see the business through the eyes of my customers. Develop a memorable customer experience. Consistently work to improve customer satisfaction.

We mainly serve multi-specialty companies with a huge number of employees and facing trouble to manage various works within a short time. Yes, our customers are repetitive.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a web app?
Two to Fifteen days need to develop a middle site. We have a good team for that with some expert and passionate members.

The key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a web application are the demand of the client, security, type of work, security, and budget.
Which platform and technologies do you prefer to use in development of your web apps?
We prefer Java, PHP, Swift, CI, Spring, Laravel, JQuery, JS, JQ, Angular, Vue js, Node js, Bootstrap, Foundation6, css3, html5.
Do you offer website design templates or customised website design, and do you have a responsive website design?
Yes, We fulfill all the requirements according to our clients as we are a complete IT provider, and we have responsive website design.
Which Content Management System do you prefer to use (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc)?
We have used our own CMS. We create our own CMS, and we work with it.

The key factors we consider before deciding the cost of a web application are functionalities, features & time of development.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions, etc.)
Firstly, we talk to clients. Then we fix a meeting with them. Finally, we fixed the price. We set prices both project-wise and feature-wise. We take the amount in three-step as 1st step 50% advance, 2nd step 25% before complete the work, 3rd step within 30 days after deploying the project.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, We take basic budget requirement projects. The minimum budget for our project is 10000 Tk.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
The minimum price range of our projects is 10000, and the maximum price range is 800000.
