When I first came in to contact with the i-Verve team, I was dealing with a very specific customization problem for a module of my e-commerce website. The original developers had left me hanging, refusing to correct the mistakes they'd made and trying to charge me out to fix it. I explained the issue to i-Verve and said let's do a trial run. They took over development of my website for a monthly flat-fee and within 2 weeks, my problem that seemed so big and so hard and expensive to fix, was solved! I re-upped for a longer contract and, lo and behold, we are still working together! Really, the #1 thing (on top of their efficiency, affordability, and professionalism) is that you feel like they are part of your team. Every day I get updates from the different departments (web dev, SEO, etc.) and I am able to work with them like they are part of my own team! Ideal!
