Establishing the Vision

We have helped transform Zen Space from an idea into a digital marketplace. The platform had huge ambitions from the start. Our biggest challenge was to set the right priorities and create an MVP scope with regard to the available budget. In the end, we have created a scope to help us validate the idea, and then we started working.

Delivery of the MVP

We have delivered the MVP with the core functionalities. It allows users to find and instantly order Yoga lessons. It also features a system that allows the instructors to sign up through the website and get paid directly by the customers. Zen Space takes a fee from each transaction.

Long-term Partnership

In the end, we have established a long-term partnership. We continue to develop the web app according to the feedback provided by the users.

Establishing the Vision

The client came to us with a vision of a massive project that completely transforms the way music is taught at schools and a fixed budget for developing the MVP of that app. Firstly, we needed to come up with a vision for MVP.

Delivery of the MVP

After we had agreed on the vision, we had only 2 months left to deliver the MVP. We got to work and in the end, we delivered the MVP within both the set deadline and budget.

First External Investment

Melodize would later secure its outside investment based on the MVP and the business plan we have helped to prepare.

Long-term Partnership

In the end, we have established a long-term partnership. We help Melodize with the long-term development of the iOS and Android app as well as securing the next round of investments.

Idea Consulting

In the beginning, the idea to list all nearby freelancers on a website seemed a little bit outdated but we set to work and started interviewing both potential freelancers and customers. We have gathered fascinating insights that helped us form the idea of a product that would help users order a person to do their everyday tasks just as easily as if they were ordering a Uber ride.

Design MVP

We have come up with an MVP that would solve the existing problems. It would be safe thanks to the background checks, user feedback and easy thanks to our instant booking process.

Delivered MVP and Assembled the Core Team

We have provided Jober with a CTO and CPO and helped them create the core team that the startup needed to deliver the MVP.
