Ideamotive

Packhelp is a successful European startup delivering custom packages all around the continent. They came to Ideamotive with an existing app and as a well-established business. Due to the enormous growth, they couldn't handle all their development work internally anymore. Together we agreed that we could helpPackhelp temporarily, by creating a new module of their system.

We started with a workshop about Packhelp business requirements regarding the new module. After understanding the details, we approached the technical discussion with Packhelp's CTO. Together we decided on the overall system architecture and implementation details. We also agreed that the project would be conducted within a scrum methodology with our project manager.

Thanks to our help Packhelp gained an additional workforce and finished a project that they wouldn't have normally even started. Together we progressed this fast pace startup by two months, which is critical in that moment.

SnowShow is the most prominent Polish winter tour provider, and also one of the biggest in Europe. They approached us in need of a new website and booking system as their current platform was outdated and not fitted to the scale of the business of SnowShow.

We redesigned the UX/UI of the booking system and webpage and implemented machine learning-driven recommendation engine. We also reduced the overall code complexity. Finally, we upgraded the system to the newest Ruby on Rails version, we introduced React as the technology for crucial business processes and implemented Continuous Integration.

New system brought an increase in key factors - sales grew by over 70% and the conversion rate increased by 20%. We also managed to decrease the time of key algorithms by 98% and implement easier maintenance with an overall increased speed of development.
