Ideofuzion (Pvt.) Ltd. is a leading technology solutions provider, primarily working in the field of Blockchain. Founded in 2013, we have been working in Blockchain specifically for the past 5 years. We, as of September 2021, have a combined team of 40+ personnel working in our offices based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Ideofuzion is a member of the Pakistan Software Export Board as well as the Pakistan Software Houses Association.
I as the CEO of the company am responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, managing daily operations, increasing employee satisfaction, extending and sustaining corporate partnerships, generating strategic business, and increasing stakeholder value by providing quality software solutions and services.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Well, the main aim of launching the company was to add value to the Pakistani IT industry by providing better and improved IT solutions. Along with a favorable working environment for our colleagues to learn and grow their personal careers. Our core belief is to provide a space where it's fun working with different ideas, in the process, to make our clients and their businesses successful. We always aim to have the best minds working with the best ideas in not only the Blockchain sphere but with the best minds in the information technology industry. We are always on the lookout for something challenging that peaks our interest.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have a full in-house team from Software Developers to Product Managers and Non-Technical staff.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We are renowned for our work culture and ethics. I believe a happy employee makes a happy client and we ensure that ethos is translated to the entire team. Our tech adoption is another point of differentiation from other companies, we are faster and proactive when it comes to adopting new techniques, tools, and ideas that enhance our workflow and output quality. Through sustainable growth cycles, we are able to expand our workforce without having the need to right-size despite facing the adverse effects of COVID-19 on the global IT industry. What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We primarily cater to the Blockchain industry. If I was to put a ratio on it I would say 4 out of 10 customers come back with new ideas after their initial project is completed that’s a healthy percentage of 40% repetitive customers. Of course, we want to further increase this percentage, but we also believe in robust growth/sustainable growth for our stakeholders.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our repeat customer ratio is by far the best barometer to gauge our customer satisfaction. Apart from this, we make sure we promptly reply to our client's queries by making ourselves available on a variety of chatting and communication platforms last but not least we always go above and beyond the call of duty. Some of the reviews on GoodFirms are testament to that.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
As mentioned before we are available on a variety of platforms such as email, messaging services like WhatsApp. We also give JIRA access to our clients so that they are able to track and monitor the projects in real-time, increasing efficiency and transparency during the project duration.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We follow a pay per milestone payment structure. This is ensured through the AGILE project management.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
It all depends on how interesting the project is. We have done projects on Break-even just because the project was a challenge for us to develop and was something new to learn for us. If we are working on a minimum budget it's mostly because of the challenge and knowledge growth that we would receive by successfully delivering the project.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
The price range varies from project to project depending on the complexity of its execution, time duration, and resource management. But, if I was to put a number on it I would say between $50,000 - $150,000.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
If all goes to plan, which is one of my major responsibilities to ensure, we aim to become the largest Blockchain and IT Solutions service provider in the region. We are already pioneering Blockchain technology in Pakistan. One of the first adopters of this technology and at the forefront of the conversation for widespread Blockchain usage in Pakistan, we intend to take this forward to the entire region. After that, we intend to be a world-class renowned name in the Blockchain industry globally increasing stakeholder value at the same time.
