Ingenuity was founded in 2008 with the objective of becoming a brand strategy firm for medical practitioners. In the beginning we focused primarily on using social media to drive consumerism in medicine and our ability to utilize those platforms to steer patients toward our client practices. That’s a mouthful, sorry for the run-on sentence. By 2011, and with mostly orthodontists as clients, Ingenuity was increasingly involved in orthodontist branding and the practices’ brand alignment therein. From practice material language and design, to new patient coordinator scripting, to internal marketing plans, Ingenuity was rapidly becoming the brand strategy firm that it was intended to be. But at the core of it all, Ingenuity has never been simply about creating strategies, rather, we fulfill the strategies we propose.
