So far the experience of working with them has been Delightful.

Because they are specific developments, the BIA part has been completed but the Effie college part I feel that there has been a lot of delay in the implementation

Goodier chose to leverage an outside provider for all internal SQL Server maintenance and support. The scope of the transition was for Inmov to study and document current configurations and operations, propose a plan for taking on duties, and then launching the service (which continues today).
