Innovate-X is an Egypt-based company providing multilingual Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Customer Experience services to airlines, travel companies, and global brands. Operating from our office in New Cairo, our team delivers customer support, technical support, back-office processing, and sales & marketing support in English, Arabic, French, and German.

We built our BPO & Customer Experience division to give international companies a cost-effective, high-quality alternative for their MENA and multilingual support needs, with the flexibility to start small. We offer pilot projects, seasonal/peak-period support, and message-only support models so clients can test our quality and reliability before committing to a long-term partnership.

Our sister division, Foreign Economic Activity & Technical Supply, has already supplied qualified industrial materials to major EPC projects including Egypt's El-Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant, giving Innovate-X a track record of compliance and professional delivery that carries into how we run our BPO operations.
