InnovatorSpark has helped us to deliver our Digital Car Assistant App that helps users stay up to date on expiring documents, maintenance, fleet damage and expenses, driver communication and more, simply, seamlessly, from any device. The app helps users manage and solve fleet or personal vehicles needs from one place.

The overall experience with the project has been highly positive and professionally enriching. The work centered around building and continuously evolving an internal operations hub used for invoicing, support, sales, and planning of network construction tasks. Throughout the project, we were deeply involved in designing and implementing FastAPI backend services, developing a Vue.js–based user interface, crafting reliable provisioning scripts in Python, and establishing data pipelines using tools like dlt and Prefect. Beyond technical execution, the experience was defined by a strong collaborative environment where critical thinking and long-term architectural planning were consistently encouraged. This allowed not only for solving present operational needs but also for shaping scalable, maintainable solutions capable of supporting the company’s future growth.

Initially, we held several calls to discuss the product’s features and outline our overall vision. We had a general concept of how the product should function, but integrating it with multiple backend providers was still unclear. To move forward, we decided to design the website’s functionality first and work backward from there. InnovatorSpark guided us through a comprehensive discovery and design process that began with a product mock-up. From there, they identified the necessary technologies, managed integrations with third-party providers, and assisted us in building the databases needed to support key product components.
