Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
We are thrilled to have seen an increase in business over recent months. However, most of our clients come to us for help with Google on-page and off-page SEO in English, Korean, or Bahasa Indonesia, which is one potential way to rank on Google SERPs. Plus, we have a high demand for search engine marketing in Korea as there is a high surplus in the Korean market in terms of advertising on platforms like Naver and Kakao. In fact, Naver Brand Blog Management is one of the most significant, as is the popularity among clients in the Korean market. Inquivix has seen an increase in KOL and influencer marketing over the last six months.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our goal is not just the delivery of satisfactory services, but also how creative our solutions are and if we execute them well enough as per their marketing requirements while still maintaining an excellent level of efficiency in all things related business-wise.

We work hard to understand our clients’ needs and provide them on time. We always welcome feedback about campaign procedures, so we can deliver revisions as requested by the client without delay or confusion! By taking strategic measures like aligning budgets efficiently while also providing alternative options for campaigns, all of this helps us move forward together, with a strong future ahead of us.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
As an international firm, it is not always possible for us to meet our customers in person since they live all over the world! Instead, what you'll find with us are individuals who know how important communication is with each respective client is. We are constantly updating our clients in terms of communication management.

For our clients, they can monitor campaign progress and check on the project calendar. They are also able to leave comments or requests through a portal if needed. For those who do not wish to log into one of these portals, we have email communications open, so your voice will be heard!

We take the needs of our clients seriously and want them to be aware at all times. That's why we have a client portal, where they can check on their campaign progress or leave comments about what might need changing before it gets changed automatically by us! We also communicate through email if any issues arise that require immediate attention from either side, in order to ensure no change goes unnoticed.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We have several payment schemes available to suit our clients’ preferences. The two most common methods are upfront payment and pay-per-month, with short-term or one-time projects opting for an immediate cash injection in exchange for the greater risk involved. For longer campaigns where there is no hurry but we still need regular income from our clients' sites without too much hassle on yours, this latter model works best; payments can be made every week depending upon what has been delivered.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Our company has a strict $3,000 budget requirement for new clients. However, we have been flexible with older customers during the COVID pandemic because of their loyalty to us and trust in our services, which is something that matters deeply to us as well!
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
Our lowest project in 2021 was $1000 per month. Our biggest monthly salary was $75,000. However, in 2022, all of this is likely to change.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
I believe in 10 years we will have reached all of Asia and already be moving across Europe and Africa, with more than half our continent covered by then! We've come a long way, but there's still more ground to cover. I know it won't happen overnight, but if you keep pushing yourself past what seems impossible each day, eventually ALL your dreams will come true.
