Towards the end of the 90s, the fall of monopoles in Italy made it necessary for companies to reconsider what from a simple user finally became the customer .This has witnessed the birth of Call Centers: special companies specialized in the acquisition, care and management of the most precious element of any commercial activity.In 2001, the Intertelecom project, the fusion of the Internet and telecommunications, also arrived in Italy to soon find European expansion.
