INTO is a managed service provider (MSP) based in Belgrade, established in 2014. We take over complete IT operations for small businesses with 5 to 50 employees that have no in-house IT department. Our services: managed IT (monitoring, maintenance, helpdesk and patch management), IT security (hardening, endpoint protection, firewall management, security audits), Microsoft 365 (setup, administration, tenant hardening and licensing), backup and disaster recovery with tested RTO/RPO targets, and vCIO advisory (IT strategy, budget planning, vendor management).
