Hi, I'm Arifur Rahman, Co-founder and Managing director of IOTA Infotech Limited, an entrepreneur and Investor working for IT sector development. My goal is to lead the global software industry with my company and represent my country to the world.
What is the story behind starting this company?
We started our company back in 2018 with 3 members and now we are a 30+ in-house team working together for the last 4 years.

We are a super energetic in-house development team.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
The only things that differentiate us from our competitors are our passion and the technology adoption trends in the environment.

Mostly small and medium-sized software development agencies and tech startups are our best fit industries so far and our repetitive client ratio is away up to 94%.

We provide bespoke software solutions across responsive Mobile application development, Web application development, Custom software development, and Offshore software developer services.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We believe in sustainable improvements but so far I think our customer satisfaction rate is 9 out of 10. Our team is well prepared for implementing agile from requirements analysis to delivery and service support.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Mobile application development, Web application development, Custom software development, and Offshore software developer services.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions, etc.)
50% upfront 30% when the project is halfway done 20% while delivering the project, upfront can be very based on Business relations.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If not, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Our minimum budget is $1000 USD.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
The minimum project was $10k USD, Maximum project was $50K USD.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
We want to establish a global partnership with 5 well-reputed agencies or companies where we will provide developers and do ongoing project-based development.
