Ipsofactum SA ESP is a National and International Long Distance Operator. It began commercial operations in March 2005, with the purpose of offering solutions in information systems for communications based on VoIP protocol.

We operate with a license granted by the Ministry of ICTs to offer value-added services and basic national and international long distance switched telephony.

On our page www.ipsofactum.com , customers access the value-added service using their username and password. With its interfaces the user can buy the time to make calls, check his account and the telephone consumption of VoIP calls which are initiated, routed and ended in any PSTN using SoftSwitches of our property.
