Excellent

I collaborated with Iqonic Design, in order to build a health-related service, which would allow bookings, doctor reports, patient feedback and multiple channel communication (web, SMS, push notifications). I recommend their offering, because it is highly customisable, and the developers and support staff have been very supportive, have consistently helped with customisations, and have offered timely assistance in every aspect of installing, customising the product. Highly recommended!

Long story short: 100% DISAPPOINTED and would never recommend anyone to deal with them, at least buy through a gateway like evanto

WARNING: Very disappointing experience, we bought their app from Evanto market, requested custom edits and paid 1150$, after the 7th version of the App and 4 months of developments and late replies, there are basic core problems, no new user registration possible tested on 3 different devices.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Nothing appreciated, paying them directly was my biggest mistake, Long story short: 100% DISAPPOINTE

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The development was very slow, it took weeks till they replied sometimes

send me the same app and say problems fixed, the problem is trust and they lost it, the problem is very slow work and they can not fix it.

They are refusing to negotiate any refunds, I think this last action is 100% deceptive
