Services include managed IT and 24/7 help desk, IT consulting and technology planning, cybersecurity including managed SOC, managed detection and response, managed SIEM and vCISO services, cloud consulting and migration for Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS, backup and disaster recovery, network support, and colocation and hosting. IS&T also builds custom websites, web applications and CMS platforms, and provides IT and engineering staffing through contract, contract-to-hire, contingency and retained search.

Working from its Energy Corridor office on Park Row, IS&T has served more than 2,400 clients and combines day-to-day IT support, project work and technical hiring under one roof.

As a long time customer of IS&T, I find them diligent, professional and have a get it done attitude to customer requests. We have found them on top of their game in times of crisis, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and have provided great service and a lot of hand holding to our staff as we enter the work from home world. They prioritize properly and keep customers informed on projects. A job well done.
