We first opened our offices in Ladysmith, servicing clients in the surrounding areas and Durban. In no time at all, our services expanded from simple computer troubleshooting to 24/7 IT network monitoring. This proved to proactively keep our client’s businesses running in the event of any system malfunction, data breach or power disruption. We found that remote management proved to significantly cut costs for our clients, giving them the freedom to run their business whether this includes 10 or 250 users at their premises.Our services have continued to evolve with our clients’ needs. iSite goes beyond IT monitoring to take on an advisory role, working with clients to identify new IT systems and hardware to support their business.
