“Kia Motors customer care system”
iSolve developed our customer care system to the high standard that we expect at Kia Motors. We received professional and prompt service throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much for the team and they always delivered as promised. The system that was developed is a web-based portal that we manage all customers complaints on, we have a network of 69 dealers to which we record and allocate the cases to. We are able to log cases and all the communications therein are tracked and date stamped. We too this one step further and have a live dashboard that is displayed on our office of all escalated cases. I will recommend iSolve Mobility as the preferred supplier for your system development needs.
