We’re CTO-led by design: the founder stays hands-on with architecture, critical implementation, and key decisions, so delivery stays calm, communication stays clear, and quality stays predictable. We intentionally keep capacity limited and work with a small, senior team to avoid “assembly line” outsourcing.

Business Request:

The project addressed specific HR challenges within Unisender. Unisender sought an innovative solution to automate and enhance HR management processes, focusing on integrating an AI Specialist into Slack.

Main Challenge:

The company faced an issue where employees either rarely sought consultation from the HR department or took up a significant amount of time from HR professionals. The anonymous bot, which preserved the confidentiality of the correspondence, was intended to address this problem.

Our Solution:

Developed an HR AI Specialist using Python and GPT fine-tuning. Integrated the bot into the Slack environment, providing instant responses to HR-related queries.A scalable solution has been developed for fine-tuning the bot through the admin panel.
