Nothing to complain about. They are the best at what they do.
Two or three times during the project the developers did some work which had to be redone later on. But the reason for that was a "good one": they wanted a quick(er) solution for us. In those moments it would have been better to discuss once more but honestly these are peanuts and stand for a high motivation for the progress of the project.

We’ve worked with IT Delight for two months and we could not be more satisfied with their work. Our company was in need of the Magento upgrade and we were looking for a team that would be able to do that without disrupting the work.

Our company approached IT Delight when we needed to implement two new features for our website. First, we wanted to incorporate a blog page. And second, we needed to implement an email automation tool.
They presented us with the plan of execution of the work.
The team consisted of 5 team members.
Regarding the project details, one of the main tasks was to create a library of universal access to different data sources. In this way, the employees could create emails and send reports based on the stored data. IT Delight also solved the problem of unsynchronized users who stored data in different places.

We decided to move the platform to Shopware.
One of the greatest challenges initially was choosing the right development partner.
Once we contacted IT Delight, their response was quick, and communication was seamless. They were eager to understand our vision and business model. As the COO of our company, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the process and results of our cooperation with IT Delight.
We needed to migrate three major parts of the business. It was database migration, application migration, and storage migration. Additionally, they pointed out that some of our features and functionalities were outdated and needed changing. They are working with many similar businesses and it was important.

Masters of their work, made our transfer from Magento 1 to Magento 2 seamless

One of the greatest issues we faced was that our website was set up on Magento 1. We wanted to migrate to Magento 2 as soon as we learned about the benefits of the platform. Our cooperation was smooth from the get-go. We knew what we wanted and IT Delight helped us get there with ease. One of the biggest issues was security. All of our employees had access to all the sensitive data and information stored in our databases. IT Delight suggested and later implemented access restrictions for all employees. Now, everyone can only see what they need to see to do their job. IT Delight also encouraged us to be more flexible with our shipping and payment options. We’ve gotten around to working with digital wallets and PayPal as well. Project took about 6 months from the moment we reached out to IT Delight to the moment we were fully transferred to Magento 2 and ready to welcome our first customer on the new and improved website. What we did:

We've done the project from 0 to 1 according to points which are written above. The website was developed according to the designs. We’ve also integrated different tools for increasing sales. JTL integration was done in cooperation with another company. We also provide 24/7 project management and support.

What we did:

We did:

Our team stabilized the system and ensured that it has a sufficient quality to be released into production. In particular, we fixed all blocker and other urgent bugs, fully rebuilt the catalog structure, and finalized the site appearance to make it fit the client’s requirements. We also completed all the required integrations in short terms. As a result, we got the website live on the web, and the project was successfully completed.

To make the client’s site faster, we applied a number of standard optimization techniques.

What we did:

- Implemented lazy loading to load large-size media elements after the main content of the site and only when a user scrolls down to them.

- Optimized JavaScript and CSS to clean up unnecessary characters (e.g., spaces) from the code and reduce the number and size of server requests for JavaScript files.

- Added auto height for a homepage slider to improve the site’s responsiveness

- Optimized font delivery to allow web texts to load in default system fonts first

- Removed unused Magento modules to decrease the code maintenance work, lower security risks, and made platform structure more lightweight

- Added Critical CSS so that pages would render content faster, especially on mobile devices.

Our team spent approximately 70 hours completing this project. This time covers the work required to optimize the website, rewrite JavaScript and CSS, and fix major security vulnerabilities. As a result, we considerably reduced the page load time, making the client’s website much faster and user-friendly.

What we did:

The client came to us with multiple requests. To complete this project, we did the following things:

- Combined two Magento 1 e-commerce websites into one store;

- Migrated the new store to Magento 2;

- Improved the online store’s integration with the client’s ERP system, which resulted in better stock, customer, and order management;

- Developed a global customer loyalty program;

- Increased the website’s page speed by 2.5 times (which exceeded the client expectations);

- Helped the client to optimize its hosting costs;

- Developed a PWA and published it to the app stores;

Some of these tasks required the involvement of the client’s IT team. That’s why we worked closely with Zolota Kraina’s in-house 1C specialists throughout the entire project. Our cooperation with this client lasted for 8 months. We met all the requirements and deadlines, and our team received positive feedback.
