Incorporated in June 2012, iXL started as a TESDA certificated training institution specializing in Near-Hire Training for Call Center Agents in La Paz, Iloilo City.

We have evolved from training into a Business Process Outsourcing company with its first U.S. based client specializing in flower delivery in November 2013.
